ABOUT Crispy Palak Paneer Bites !! RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat bread slices - 4
  2. Palak leaves - 5
  3. Paneer- 50 gms
  4. Garlic - 2 cloves
  5. Green chilly- 1
  6. Mozzarella cheese- 1/2 cup
  7. Red chilly flakes- 1 tspn
  8. Oregano - 1 tspn
  9. Tomato - 1 tbspn cut into small pieces
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil- 1 tspn
  12. Ghee/butter- 1 tbspn

Instructions

  1. Take the bread Slices....Then use A cookie cutter shape of your choice and cut it out
  2. Now in the meantime wash the palak leaves and then grind the palak,green chilly ,paneer and garlic....
  3. This is the ground mixture...Put salt and squeeze lemon juice..Mix well.
  4. Now apply ghee or butter on the cut bread slices
  5. Then spread the ground mixture on the bread...Put a small piece of tomato....Sprinkle little oregano....
  6. Put mozzarella cheese on each piece
  7. Grease a baking tin and put the pieces in it....In the meantime...Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes...
  8. Then bake them at 180 degree for 10 to 15 minutes till nice and crisp....
  9. Sprinkle red chilly flakes and serve immediately...
  10. Enjoy these bite size crispies
