ABOUT GAMBAS PIL PIL(Spanish dish) RECIPE

We love prawns ,so I frequently experiment with prawns ,this time i made a Spasnish dish ,it tastes awesome ,it's a perfect recipie for dinner or lunch party

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. medium sized prawns half kilo
  2. Olive oil 50 ml
  3. butter 2 spoons
  4. chopped garlic two spoons
  5. Paprika powder half spoon
  6. salt as per taste
  7. crushed peeper half spoon
  8. dried red chilli flakes one spoon
  9. red chilli slices one spoon
  10. chopped parsley 4 spoons
  11. lemon juice 3 spoons
  12. parsley sprig 1( for decoration)

Instructions

  1. marinate the prawns with salt, lemon juice and two spoons of chopped parsley
  2. cover and refrigerate it for half an hour
  3. heat the frying pan and add olive oil and butter to it
  4. add chopped garlic and chopped chillies and saute
  5. now add the marinated fish and fry till it changed the colour
  6. now add lemon juice, Paprika powder, remaining chopped parsley ,salt,peeper
  7. Toss it well
  8. after 2 to 3 minutes turn off the gas
  9. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes
  10. serve hot with the parsley sprig in the middle
