Quick and easy fry to go with rice or roti

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potatoes (Medium) 4
  2. Dil leaves (cut and cleaned) 1 cup
  3. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  4. Jeera 1/2tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric -a pinch
  7. Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut and wash potato.cut into small cubes
  2. Pour oil in a wok and add jeera seeds
  3. Once they splutter, add potato and chopped Dill leaves
  4. Add turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder and let it cook
  5. Add little water and let it cook till soft
