Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong daal {washed} 1cup
  2. Masala oats 1cup
  3. Onion 1 {finely chopped}
  4. Carrot 1 {gratted}
  5. Beetroot ½ {gratted}
  6. Green chillies 4 {finely chopped}
  7. Roasted cumin powder 1tsp
  8. Maggie masala-e-magic ½pck
  9. Seaseme seeds {white} 3tbsp
  10. Refind oil 1tbsp
  11. Red chilly powder ½tsp
  12. Salt to taste


  1. Boil the mung dal in a open pan.
  2. Roughly grind the daal and masala oats together.
  3. Now transfer it to a bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Then give it your desired shape and coat it with seaseme seeds and shallow fry it on a non stick pan.
  5. Your healthy oats- moong daal kebaabs are now ready enjoy it with your favorite chatni or sause.
