Purple cabbage flower dhokla

Ingredients to make Purple cabbage flower dhokla

  • 2 cup idli dosa battar
  • 1 cup purple cabbage paste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 eno sachet
  • oil for greasing
  • For tadka--
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • Pinch of hing
  • 15 curry leaves
  • 4 green chilli
  • 1 tsp seasme seeds
  • coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Purple cabbage flower dhokla

  1. Take battar add salt and ginger
  2. Make cabbage paste in mixi and add it in battar
  3. Add baking soda and mix
  4. Finally add eno and mix
  5. Grease a tray or plate
  6. Pour battar in it
  7. Cook in steamer for 20 min.
  8. Let them cool and cut in desired shape
  9. Garnish with sadme seeds and coriander leaves
  10. Serve with sauce or chutney
