Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Purple cabbage 3/4 cup
  2. Avocado 1 small
  3. Egg 1
  4. Milk 150 ml
  5. Flour 2 tsp
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Vinegar 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Honey 1 tbsp
  9. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  10. Black mustard powder 1/2 tsp


  1. Mix together flour, mustard seeds powder, salt and sugar in a bowl
  2. Now add cold milk
  3. Add vinegar
  4. Mix well
  5. Cut cabbage in thin stripes or grate them
  6. Cut avocados in big cubes
  7. Keep aside or you can keep inside the freezer
  8. Now in a nonstick pan heat the sauce mixture
  9. Add egg
  10. Stir and mix slowly for 3_4 mins
  11. Switch off gas
  12. Once the sauce is cooled down mix with cabbage and avocados
  13. Serve cold or room temperature
