A delicious steak recipe filled with cheese with sauce made from fresh mushroom

Chicken Mince Steak with Mushroom sauce

Ingredients to make Chicken Mince Steak with Mushroom sauce

  • chicken mince 300 gms
  • onion 1 (chopped finely)
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Bread 2
  • Worcestershire sauce 1tsp
  • salt 1tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4tsp
  • chilli flakes 1tsp
  • egg 1
  • Filling
  • Mozerella cheese (grated)4 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1/2tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • For mushroom sauce
  • butter 1tbsp
  • mushroom 200gms (chopped)
  • flour 2tbsp
  • Stock cube 2
  • Hot water 1 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce 1tsp
  • tomato puree 3 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 1tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • capsicum 1 chopped
  • salt 1tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp to fry steaks

How to make Chicken Mince Steak with Mushroom sauce

  1. In a mixer add chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper powder, red chilli flakes, egg and blend so that the chicken becomes fine
  2. Add chopped onion and coriander leaves and mix again
  3. Mix all ingredients of the filling
  4. Divide chicken mince into 4big balls
  5. Flatten each ball and put a tbsp of cheese filling and shape into an oval cutlet
  6. Refrigerate for an hour
  7. Heat butter and add mushrooms and fry till golden
  8. Then add Maida and stir for a minute on low heat
  9. Add cube of stock dissolved in hot water
  10. Add all the remaining ingredients except capsicum
  11. Add 2cup water to adjust the consistency of sauce
  12. Add capsicum and boil again
  13. Remove from fire
  14. Fry chicken steak
  15. Heat oil in a pan and fry steak on low heat so that it cooks on both sides and is golden in colour
  16. Arrange the chicken Steaks on a plate and pour hot mushroom sauce on top
  17. Serves with chilli Fried rice and garlic bread

My Tip:

You can use mutton or Paneer instead of chicken
