Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Prawn 1 cup
  2. Onion2
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  7. Pepper jeera Powder 3 tsp
  8. Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  9. Salt as required
  10. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil add onion saute it till golden brown
  2. After add Ginger garlic paste.mix it well.then add tomato,salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder .
  3. Cook for 5 min after add prawns.mix it gently.
  4. Now add water.cook well till prawns are cooked after add pepper jeera powder and coconut milk
  5. Cook well till gravy thickens.
  6. Healthy prawn curry is ready
