Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawn -1/2kg
  2. Tomatoes 2
  3. Garlic paste 1tspn
  4. Turmeric 1tspn
  5. Kashmiri red chilli 2tspn
  6. Cumin powder 1tspn
  7. Coriander powder 1tspn
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water 2CUP.
  10. Coriander leave finely chopped 1tbl spn
  11. Mastered oil 3tbl spn
  12. Green peas 1cup


  1. First cut the prawn into two pieces.
  2. And remove the skin and wash it.
  3. Coat the prawn with termeric and salt
  4. Heat 1tbl spn oil in a fry pan .
  5. Fry the prawn till light golden .
  6. Now heat 2tbl spn oil in pan.
  7. Add onion and sauute for 2min. Then add garlic.
  8. Stir them for five minutes then add tomatoes and salt.
  9. Now add cumin,Coriander,Turmeric and red chilli powder.
  10. Saute them till some oil release from the spice.
  11. Now add peas , prawn and 1cup water.
  12. Cover with lid and cook in medium flame for 15 minutes.
  13. Then saute well and add 1cup more water.
  14. Cover with a lid and cook in low flame for 15 minutes .
  15. After 15minutes add coriander leave cook another 3mint .
  16. And remove from gas and serve hot.
