Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gram flour 1 cup
  2. Puree Ghee 2 cups
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Sugar 2 cups
  5. Cardamom powder 2 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Take a wok and add 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water and let the sugar dissolve.
  2. Meanwhile, sieve the flour.
  3. Now in a bowl, add flour and pure ghee and make a fine paste, now add cardamom powder and mix it well.
  4. Once the sugar is dissolved add the flour mixture and roast it well, till it changes into golden brown color.
  5. Now transfer it to a plate and settle it equally, with the help of a knife make cuts on it while hot.
  6. Let it cool, once cooled remove the pieces and store in an airtight container.
