Dry roast gram flour till the raw smell goes in slow flame, then mix with ghee (melted) to smooth paste.
Then heat water and add sugar for 1 string consistency. Mix the gramflour and ghee paste.
The batter will leave bubbles and bubbles, stop and remove from flame and set it in a greased plate, leave it to cool, then cut pieces and remove pieces only after completely cool.
