Potato 2
cooked rice half cup
shredded paneer 1/4 cup
garam masala half teaspoon
Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
for making chutney :
Coriander leaves half cup
shredded coconut half cup
Green chilli 1
Ginger 1 small piece
Garlic Pods 2
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
For dipping and coating :
All purpose flour 2 tablespoon
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Shredded cheese 1/4 cup
Oil for frying

Instructions

boil and mash the potatoes nicely
grind the cooked rice using mixie
in a bowl mix potatoes with cooked rice Garam Masala Chilli flakes paneer and salt
make chutney by simply grinding all the ingredients listed under for making chutney
make same size balls out of potato and rice mixture and make a small pit at the centre of it.
at that pit keep a spoonfull of chutney and shredded cheese.
Now roll them into perfect shaped balls without any cracks
Make a paste by simpling mix flour with some water.
Dip the chutney bombs into the paste and then with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry them till golden brown.
Enjoy with your favourite ketchups and dips.
