Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Onions 2
  2. Tomato 1
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Bay leaf 1
  7. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  8. Corriander powder 1 tsp
  9. Kitchen king masala 1 tbsp
  10. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  11. Paneer 100 gms
  12. Red bell pepper 1
  13. Green peas 1/4 cup
  14. Cauliflower florets 1/4 cup
  15. Cashew nuts 6
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil 5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop one onion, bell pepper and cauliflower
  2. heat 3 tbsp oil in a kadai and add saute all chopped veggies till soft
  3. Cut paneer into cubes and soak in warm water for 10 min
  4. Chop and puree one onion
  5. heat oil in a pan. Add jeera, bayleaf.
  6. when jeera sizzles add onion paste and fry
  7. once the raw smell goes add ginger garlic paste. saute for 5 min
  8. puree the tomato and add
  9. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and kitchen king masala. fry for 2 min
  10. Add cashew nut paste
  11. Add veggies
  12. Add 1.5 cups water. cover and cook
  13. Add salt to taste
  14. Add paneer. simmer for 5 min
  15. Add crushed kasuri methi
