Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 small cauliflower finely chopped
  2. 3 carrots finely chopped
  3. Half cup peas
  4. 5- 6 French beans finely chopped
  5. 1 onion finely chopped
  6. 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  7. 3- 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  8. 1 tsp ginger green chilli paste
  9. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  10. 2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  13. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  14. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  15. 1 bay leaf
  16. salt as per taste
  17. 1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
  18. Oil for stir fry


  1. First take hot boiling water and add chopped cauliflower, carrots , French beans and peas into this. Cook for 3 -4 minutes . Drain all the veggies and wash with cold water . Keep them aside.
  2. In a wok, add 1 tbsp oil. Now add cumin seeds and bay leaf. When seeds start to crackle, add chopped garlic. Then add ginger and green chilli paste. Stir continuously.
  3. Now add chopped onions. Saute till it becomes translucent. Now add chopped tomatoes. Stir continuously. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and salt. Mix well and now add all veggies into this. Stir continuously. Cook for 3- 4 minutes. Stir fry mix veg is ready. Sprinkle garam masala . Garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.
  4. Serve
