SaboodanaPaneer Puffy

Ingredients to make SaboodanaPaneer Puffy

  • 1 small soaked Saboodana
  • 2 boiled mashed potatoes
  • 100 gm.fried paneer
  • 1tbsp. cornflour
  • 1tsp.salt
  • 1tsp.red chilli powder
  • oil for frying
  • 2tbsp.tomato sauce

How to make SaboodanaPaneer Puffy

  1. 1- Soak the Sabudana for night strain water in the morning properly.
  2. 2- Boil the potatoes and mash them put little ingredients and mix them keep it aside. Another mixture mix rest leftover with Sabudana pearls and rest above mentioned ingredients.
  3. 3-Shape them acording to need, 2 potato small rolls and 1 flat thick log of saboodana mixture.
  4. 4-Fry them in hot oil and then on medium gas to give them crispy ness and required texture.
  5. 5- Take them out from oil and keep them on kitchen towel.
  6. 6-Take a serving plate, give desired shape keep a piece of fried Pander on it , prick a tooth pick in it.g Garnish them and Puffies are ready to serve.

My Tip:

Always fry Potatoand Saboodana puffies first in hot oil then slow the flame for crispyness and fully fried.
