Fish cooked with beans and tomato. Here I used some different spices for a change in taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish pieces 4( use Tilapia, basa, Cat fish, or any other fish of your choice)
  2. Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
  3. Termaric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Tomatoes 2 sliced
  5. Beans 8- 10 cut into 1 inch pieces
  6. Onions thick slice 1 medium
  7. Chopped garlic 2 teaspoon
  8. Dry ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Green cilli slits as you prefer
  12. Italian seasoning 3/4 teaspoon
  13. Salt as required
  14. Vegetable oil 2 table spoon


  1. Wash fish pieces and rub with salt, termaric powder and lemon juice. Keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. Heat 2table spoon oil and shalow fry the fish pieces. Remove from oil and keep aside.
  3. Add little more oil and heat again. Slightly fry the onions and add chopped garlic and stir.
  4. Add tomato and beans stir and mix properly.
  5. Add ginger and coriander powder , keep frying stir continuously until the rawness of beans disappear.Add green cilli slits.
  6. Add little water if required.
  7. Add salt and mix well, add 1 cup of warm water and cover with a lid
  8. Let it cook for 7-8 minutes and Remove the lid add fish pieces.
  9. And cook again for 5 minutes with cover.
  10. Remove the cover and add Black pepper powder and Italian seasoning. Mix. Cover again for a while.
  11. Serve hot with Steamed rice.
