Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated coconut : 5 tsp
  2. Small onion : 5
  3. Sesame Oil : 5 - 6 tsp
  4. Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
  5. chopped small onion : 2
  6. fenugreek : 1/4 tsp
  7. curry leaves
  8. Fish
  9. Salt
  10. Tomato : 1
  11. Small Onion : 10
  12. Chilli Powder : 2 tsp
  13. Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
  14. Turmeric Power : 1/2 tsp
  15. Garlic : 10 pods
  16. Green Chilli : 2
  17. Tamarind : Small size

Instructions

  1. Wash and Clean the fish pieces
  2. Heat Oil in a pan add add onion, garlic, tomato, chilli for 2 min
  3. Add chilli powder , coriander powder (or kulambu masala ), salt, turmeric powder and saute for 1 min
  4. Add tamarind water and required water and cook for 10 min
  5. Then add fish and cook for 5 - 8min Then add coconut paste and cook for 5 min
  6. Heat 1 tsp oil in another pan add mustard seed, fenugreek, small onion, curry leaves for 1 min
  7. Add prepared tadka to Fish curry and switch off the flame
