ABOUT Tea Momo RECIPE

Its a steam bread mostly made by nepalies. It is eaten in breakfast or evening snacks with tea.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cups maida
  2. 1 spoon yeast
  3. milk
  4. salt
  5. sugar

Instructions

  1. Put 1 teaspoon yeast,half teaspoon salt and sugar in half cup luke warm milk
  2. Mixed it well and make a dough add some luke warm water(as needed)
  3. Keep whole night in a tight container (oven proof container for best result)
  4. Divide the dough into eight balls and roll it to make flat like rotis puting some oil
  5. Then fold it making a thin plats and round it from one side making look like a flower
  6. Then steam it for 20 mins
  7. Serve it with chatney and soup or tea(taste good with knoor soup)
