Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Crushed rice 3small bowl
  2. Urad daal one bowl
  3. One carrot grated
  4. Cabbage grated one bowl
  5. Onion two grated
  6. Green chillies two chopped
  7. Tomato one chopped
  8. Salt as taste
  9. chilli powder one tea spoon
  10. Chat masala one tea spoon
  11. Chopped green coriander three spoon
  12. Butter 4full spoon
  13. Oil 5-6spoon
  14. Cheese slice 4

Instructions

  1. Soak rice n dal overnight.
  2. Grind n make fine paste in morning.
  3. In evening our paste is ready.
  4. Mix one spoon salt.
  5. Onion carrot tomato cabbage grated finally.
  6. Mix all ingredients vit salt chilli powder chat masala green coriander .
  7. Put iron tawa on gas.
  8. Spread one big spoon uttpam batter on tawa.
  9. Spread veg masala on uttpam.
  10. Cut cheese slices in small pieces. Spread on uttpam.
  11. One big spoon batter on uttpam n cover.
  12. Spread oil n semi fry .
  13. Put one spoon butter on it n semi fry on sim gas
  14. Cut in four pieces.
  15. When it s crispy you serve vit nariyal chatni.
