Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sago pearls 200 gram
  2. Potato 1 piece
  3. Onion 1 piece
  4. Tomato 1 piece
  5. Oil 2 tablespoons
  6. Capsicum and cabbage shreded 1/2 cup
  7. Red Chilli sauce 2 teaspoons
  8. Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  9. Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt 1 teaspoon
  11. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak sabudana for 2 hours
  2. Put a vok on flame
  3. Add oil in it
  4. Add chopped onion
  5. Saute well
  6. Add chopped tomatoes
  7. Add chopped cabbage carrots and capsicum in it
  8. Fry for 2 minutes
  9. Add soaked sabudana in it
  10. Add salt and pepper powder
  11. Cover with a lid for 5 minutes
  12. Add chilli sauce
  13. Add soy sauce and tomato sauce
  14. Mix well
  15. Turn off the flame
  16. Serve hot
