Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower steamed and blended 1/2 cup
  2. Carrot steamed and blended 1/2 cup
  3. Chole soaked overnight 1 cup
  4. Fresh shredded coconut 1/2 cup
  5. Sesame seeds roasted 1 tbsp
  6. All khada masaala. ( bay leaves, pepper, elaichi, taj , Lavington )
  7. Tomato 3 no.
  8. Ginger grated 1 tbsp
  9. Chole masala 1 tsp
  10. Salt, chilli powder according to taste.
  11. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  12. Oil for seasoning
  13. Fresh cream- 2 tbsp


  1. Blend coconut, ginger, coriander leaves, sesame seeds together.
  2. Saute in oil , add all masalas.
  3. Saute a little and than add Chole.
  4. Add water and pressure cook in pressure pan or handi.
  5. Blend tomatoes. Take little oil in a pan . Add khada masaala , add tomato and saute.
  6. Blend cauliflower and carrot and add to pan, saute a little and add to cooked Chole and boil a little.
  7. Serve in a bowl. Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
