- 3 large tomatoes grated
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 4 green chillies chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon jeera powder

- 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered hing
- 4 GREEN cardamom
- 6 cloves
- 1" piece of cinnamon
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 black cardamom pods
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- 1/2 teaspoon jeera for tempering
- 1 bunch dhania patta chopped
