Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Samba wheat 2 cups
  2. Salt 2 teaspoon
  3. For seasoning oil
  4. Mustard
  5. Jeera
  6. Channa dal
  7. Ginger
  8. Green chillies 4
  9. Hing
  10. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Dry Roast samba wheat till you get good aroma
  2. Add salt. Add 6 -7 cups of water
  3. Heat sesame oil. Add Mustard. When it cracks add Channa dal. Add jeera, ginger, green chillies 4, hing and curry leaves,
  4. Add tadka. Mix well. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  5. When pressure releases, serve with chutney.
