Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer cubed (200 gms)
  2. Potato cubed ( 1 large)
  3. Peas (3/4 th cup)
  4. Tomato finely chopped (1 medium)
  5. Cumin seeds (1/2 tsp)
  6. Ginger paste (1 tsp)
  7. Turmeric powder 1&1/2 tsp, cumin powder 1&1/2 tsp,, coriander powder (1 & 1/2 tsp), red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Condensed milk (2 tsp)


  1. Lightly fry the cubed paneer. Keep it aside.
  2. Now temper the same oil with cumin seeds. As it starts spluttering, add cubbed potatoes, sprinkle some salt and start cooking.
  3. As it turns golden add the tomatoes and peas and cook till the tomatoes are mushy. To it add the the mixture of turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, ginger paste and the condensed milk and little bit of water.
  4. Cook till oil separates. Now 2 cup of water as it starts boiling and the cubed paneer . Cook till the gravy thickens. Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
  5. After completion sprinkle garam masala powder.
