These mouthwatering samosa are made with soft filling of cottage cheese and processed cheese.Capsicum provides the crunch to the filling.They can be made and kept frozen previous day of your party.Excellent starter which is sure to earn you praises.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Cottage cheese/paneer-200 grams
  2. Processed cheese-200 grams
  3. Capsicum-1 (finely chopped)
  4. Coriander-2 tablespoon
  5. Chaat masala-1 teaspoon
  6. Black pepper powder-1 teaspoon
  7. Samosa patti-25
  8. Refined flour-1 tablespoon
  9. Water-1 tablespoon


  1. Grate cottage cheese and processed cheese.
  2. Finely chopped capsicum and coriander.
  3. Prepare chaat masala and black pepper powder.
  4. Take a big bowl and put all these ingredients in it.
  5. Mix lightly with a fork and our filling is ready.
  6. Now prepare samosa patti.You can use readymade ones or make at home.
  7. Make slurry with water and refined flour.
  8. Now take one samosa patti and prepare a cone shape like shown in video.
  9. Now put 2 teaspoons of filling inside.Lightly press downwards.
  10. Now fold and apply maida slurry.
  11. Prepare all samosa similarly.
  12. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry samosa at medium high flame.Serve hot samosa with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

Wow.very nice recipe with less ingredients but yummy taste.
