Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 1 cup grated
  2. 1tomato finely chopped
  3. 1 onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tsp chili powder
  5. 1tsp garam masalA
  6. 1Tbsp ketchup
  7. 1tsp Cumin seeds
  8. few curry leaves
  9. 1 tsp Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tbsp oil
  12. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Wash tomato and chop fine same as onion and coriander leaves
  2. Heat the pan add oil add cumin seeds when oil is hot
  3. When it starts crackle add chopped onion stir for few seconds and add salt curry leaves and coriander leaves
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato stir well until raw smell evaporate
  5. After few minutes add chili powder turmeric and garam masala mix well for few seconds
  6. After few seconds add grated Paneer mix well cook for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame
  7. After 2 minutes add ketchup mix well and cook for 30seconds switch off the flame yummy Paneer burji is ready serve with chapati or roti thank you happy cooking
