ABOUT Palak poori RECIPE

This puri is easy to make and kids love to eat it ,esy way ti feed them green.Even elders enjoy it with cup of tea.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup boiled palak puree
  2. Wheat flour-1.5 cup
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Jeera /cumin powder-1 /2 tsp
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Clarrified butter-1 tbsp.


  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt,cumin powder to it Mix well.
  2. Next add clarrified butter. Rub flour in hands with it
  3. Then add palak/spinach puree to it.
  4. Knead dough with it .no need to add water
  5. Keep it side for 15 minutes.
  6. After that divide in small balls Roll it down as small roti
  7. Deep fry it in medium hot oil till crisp and brown
