ABOUT Palak Poori RECIPE

Crispyy n yummy with d taste of spinach.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups spinach puree
  2. 4 cups wheat flour
  3. Salt to taste.
  4. 1/4 tsp ajwain
  5. Oil for frying.
  6. Water as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add wheat flour ,salt, ajwain and spinach puree. Mix well
  2. Add adequate water and knead to smooth dough, coat dough with little oil and rest for 5-10 minutes
  3. Divide dough into equal portions and roll them into puris
  4. Deep fry pooris until golden brown , drain excess on tissue paper
  5. Serve hot with Aaloo Sabji and pickle
