Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 medium size tomato
  2. 2 dried kasmiri red chilli
  3. 4-5 garlic cloves
  4. 1 big onion
  5. 1 capsicum
  6. 2-3 french Beans
  7. 3-4 tsp ketchup
  8. 1 beetroot
  9. 1 tsp peprika powder
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp mix dried herb
  12. 3-4 tsp oil
  13. 1/4 cup grated cheese
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 4 cup water


  1. chop onion,Capsicum,beans and garlic.
  2. Wash properly tomato and beetroot and then Boil tomato and beetroot togethor for 5 min.
  3. Then peel tomato and beetroot and make puree out of them.
  4. Boil 4 cup water and add 2 cup pasta and boil them for 8-10 min then drain water and pour cold water.
  5. Heat a pan add oil then add garlic and onion and saute till golden brown then add capsicum and beans and cook it for 5 min then add tomato puree and cook for 5 min then add salt, paprika and mix herbs and mix properly then add tomato ketchup and mix it.
  6. Now add pasta to the sauce and mix it properly then add cheese and serve it..
  7. Garnish with fresh mint.
