How to make Penne Pasta

  1. Boil pasta with salt. Sieve and keep aside.
  2. In a pan take 1 tbsp of olive oil. Saute chopped tomatoes for 5 minutes. Let it cool. Blend it into a puree.
  3. If you want to add vegetables, saute them for a minute in 1 tsp of oil. Vegetables like broccoli, corn and capsicum can be used.
  4. Add chopped garlic to the pan. Pour in the tomato puree. Add to this sweet chilli sauce, grated cheese, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, garlic powder.

My Tip:

Do not boil the pasta for a long time. It should be al dente. Add a little oil while boiling so that it does not stick.
