Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked rice...2cup
  2. Boiled potato...2(medium size)
  3. Garlic_green chilli paste...2tspn
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Red chilli powder...2tspn
  6. Lemon juice....3tspn
  7. Boiled rajma...50gm
  8. turmeric powder...1tspn
  9. Onion_ginger_garlic paste...2tspn
  10. Cumin powder...1tspn
  11. Coriander powder...1tspn
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Sugar...1/4teaspn
  14. oil
  15. Chopped onion & cucumber...5tspn


  1. Make a paste of boiled rice, boiled potato, garlic-green chilli paste,coriander leaves,salt & red chilli powder.
  2. Coarsely grind it.
  3. Heat 1tspn oil ,add cumin seeds & let it crackle.Add onion_ginger_garlic paste.Saute it for a while & then add boiled rajma & all spices.
  4. Add salt,sugar & coriander leaves.
  5. Adjust gravy & it's ready now.
  6. Take a oil paper & brush it with oil.Evenly spread the rice mixture on it.
  7. Put the rajma masala on it.
  8. Put some chopped onion & cucumber on it & roll it with the oil paper.Keep rest 15 minutes for set.
  9. After that cut it into pieces.
