ABOUT Gulabjamun trifle RECIPE

Another fusion dessert with the lovely tastes of gulabjamun and custard .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 8 gulabjamuns
  2. 1 1/2 cup milk
  3. 2 tbsp sugar
  4. 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
  5. 1 tbsp chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Mix 1/4 cup milk and custard powder in a bowl.
  2. Keep rest of the milk to boil and add sugar to it.
  3. On boiling,add custard powder mix to to it .
  4. Mix it on low flame for 1-2 mins then switch off the gas and let cool.
  5. Cut the gulabjamuns in slices .
  6. In serving glass,put the custard layer .
  7. Top it with a layer of gulabjamun slices.
  8. Repeat the layers.
  9. Garnish with sliced gulabjamun and pistachios and serve cold.
