Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. milk 1 litre
  2. China grass 10 grams
  3. sugar 150 to 200 grams
  4. mango essence 3 drops


  1. First pour the milk in saucepan
  2. Then stir constantly and bring it to boiling point
  3. In this stage add China grass (which has to be soaked in water for 10 minutes before adding to milk)
  4. Wait till the China grass dissolves completely in milk
  5. Add sugar to it and stir for a while.
  6. Take 250 grams of milk from the saucepan and add mango essence to it.
  7. Now pour this into a plastic egg holder and set for 1 hr.
  8. Now filter the balance milk in small round bowls and allow it to set for 2hr.
  9. Now take the egg holder(yolk) China grass and keep on the top of round white bowl China grass to bring it to omelette shape..
