Made with coconut water and malai.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Coconut water 3 cup
  2. Tender coconut (malai) 5 tbsp
  3. China grass pdr 1 1/2 tsp
  4. Sugar if required or else dont add
  5. A pinch of saffron
  6. Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan add all ingredients except tender coconut (malai) and boil completely.
  2. In a tray pour cooked coconut water then after 3 mins add tender coconut (malai).
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Cut and serve.
