Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 1 packet china grass (100 grams)
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 1 cup ready jelly


  1. Cut china grass in small pieces.
  2. Soak china grass in water.
  3. Boil milk.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Add soaked china grass and mix well.
  6. Make sure china grass melt and dissolve in milk completely.
  7. Now cook for few minutes.
  8. Off the gas and allow to cool.
  9. Now pour cool China grass mixture in flat plate and put jelly pieces in it.
  10. Now keep in fridge for one hour.
  11. After one hour cut China grass in pieces and serve chilled.
