Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. coconut milk 400 ml
  2. thick cream 300 ml
  3. sugar 3 / 4 cup
  4. gelatin 1 tbsp
  5. lukewarm water quarter cup
  6. chocolate sprinkles and syrup for decoration


  1. Take a saucepan add coconut milk and the thick cream ,mix it slowly and add sugar to it keep in slow flame..
  2. Take luke warm water in a bowl,add gelatin and mix it without lumps.Nw add this into coconut milk sauce pan and stir in low flame..Dont book.
  3. Pour this in a mould or bowl keep this in a fridge for 3 to 4 hours and serve.
