Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. minced mutton 250 grams
  2. onion one finally chopped
  3. tomato one finally chopped
  4. ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
  5. red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Garam Masala half teaspoon
  7. turmeric powder half teaspoon
  8. salt to taste
  9. dosa batter four cups
  10. coconut milk-1/4 cup
  11. coriander leaves little
  12. oil


  1. First pour oil in a tawa and add chopped onion and saute well till it becomes translucent
  2. Now add gingergarlic paste and give it a quick stir and add chopped tomatoes and saute for 5mins.
  3. Then add minced mutton and close the lid for 5 to 10mins.open in between add little coconut milk and stir..
  4. And then add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and garam masala powder and close the lid till the mutton is cooked and turns into semi- gravy type.finally add chopped coriander ..
  5. Nw let it to cool down and add this mixture into dosa batter.mix it and pour it in a tawa by adding little oil like dosa.
