Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. For mango pannacotta
  2. 1 cup mango puree
  3. 1 tsp unflavoured gelatine
  4. 2 tbsp water
  5. For sevai kheer
  6. 3 tbsp ghee
  7. 1/2cup vermicelli /sevai
  8. 2tbsp chopped almonds
  9. 1tbsp cashewnuts
  10. 4 seedless dates
  11. 1 1/2cup milk
  12. 3 tbsp sugar
  13. 1/4 cup condensed milk
  14. 1/4 tsp cardmom pd


  1. Add the gelatine to microwave safe bowl to this add 2tbsp water, allow it to sit for 10mins. Stir well
  2. Place the bowl in a microwave and heat fr one min. Mix and stir the gelatine liquid into the mango puree mix everything well
  3. To create the angled presantation place the serving glass in a bowl and tilt it slightly and carefully place the mango mixture in a serving glass
  4. Place this glass in a refrigerator & chill for 2hrs to let it set
  5. Mean while prepare sevai kheer. Soak 4dates in 1/4cup milk for 10mins till it soften and make paste of that
  6. Heat 2tbsp ghee in a pan add vermicelli nd fry slightly till golden brown in colour next add milk nd simmer flame and cook for 10mins
  7. Now add condensed milk to this followed by sugar, cardmom pd and dates paste stir well
  8. Cook for 10 mins till it becomes slightly thick. Switch off the flame. Allow this to cool
  9. In another pan add 1tbsp ghee and fry nuts and add this to kheer and reserve few for garnishing
  10. Once mango pannacotta is set take out of refregirator
  11. Now add carefully sevai kheer to this, garnish with nuts and refrigerate for 20mins and serve chilled
