About Mango sewai kheer Recipe

Sewai kheer , prepared with mango flavor. This is a yummy after dinner desert, during the summers.

Mango sewai kheer

Ingredients to make Mango sewai kheer

  • 1 cup ripen mango puree
  • 1 liter milk
  • ½ cup roasted vermicelli
  • 1 spoon basil seeds
  • sugar ½ cup
  • Ripen mango cubes in small pieces

How to make Mango sewai kheer

  1. Boil milk
  2. Add vermicelli and basil seeds
  3. Boil on medium flame
  4. Stir occasionally
  5. When it thicken and vermicelli is cooked add sugar
  6. Switch off the flame
  7. Allow it to cool on room temperature
  8. Once the milk mixture is cooled down, add the mango puree to the mixture and mix well until combined. Refrigerate until cold.
  9. Add mango cubes before serving

My Tip:

Dont Add mango puree when kheer is warm otherwise it may curdle
