  1. First, soak the urad dal and gram dal in the night.
  2. Clean it thoroughly in the morning and add a little water to the mixer and grind it.
  3. Take it out in a bowl and add chopped green coriander green chilli asafoetida ginger garlic paste and stir well.
  4. Take a little water on a small vessel and put the mixture of urad dal into that water when it starts mixing up or floating on the water, the mix is ​​ready to make big.
  5. Heat oil on a pan
  6. Mix urad dal mixture once.
  7. With this mixture, you can give the vada the shape of your hand, or even use a plastic sheet.
  8. Put oil in the pan and heat it, soak the fingers of the hands with water, pick a mixture of a little dal from the wet fingers, make a round and make a hole by folding the thumb or finger of the other hand, frying it in hot oil. Put it in a pan, put 3-4 dough in the frying pan and put it in a bar. Once the lower surface is brown, turn the wad and remove both the surface till it becomes brown. Take out all the foils and remove it like this. All the fences are ready.
