Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Udra dal dhuli 1bowl
  2. Curd 1Kg
  3. Suji 5-6 spoon
  4. Water for better 1cup
  5. Oil for fry
  6. Salt as oer taste
  7. Asfetida heeng 1/2tsp optional
  8. Black pepper 1/2tsp
  9. Roasted Jeera Powder 1tsp
  10. Green chatni as per taste
  11. red chilly 1tsp
  12. Green coriender for garnish
  13. Imli ki chatni 1-2tsp
  14. Pomegranate optional
  15. Boiling water for soaking bada


  1. Wash and soak urad dal for two hours
  2. After two hours drain excess water and grind the dal coarsly
  3. Add suji and some water and set aside for 10-15 min
  4. After 15min mix it with the help of spoon till it become fluffy.
  5. Take some water in a bowl and put some dal in it and check if the better float on water it is ready to fry
  6. Now heat sufficient oil in kdhai and make small dumplings (bade) with this better fry till golden
  7. Now in another pan boil sone water and soak the dumpling for few sec and remove
  8. Beat the curd and add soaked bada in it for few min add salt blackpeper red chilly jeera powder green chatni imli chatni and garnish with green coriender and serve
