Wheat Dosa

Ingredients to make Wheat Dosa

  • wheat flour - 2 cups
  • curd (slightly sour) - 1 cup
  • water - as required
  • cumin seeds - 1 spoon
  • salt - as per taste
  • oil - as required for frying

How to make Wheat Dosa

  1. In a bowl add wheat flour and salt .
  2. Churn the curd well and add to the flour bowl and mix it.
  3. Add adequate water and mix well until the batter seems like a dosa batter and little pouring consistency.
  4. Now add cumin seeds in it and mix them.
  5. Heat the pan and add 1 spoon of oil to grease the pan.
  6. Pour ladderful of wheat flour dosa batter and form into a round dosa.
  7. Add oil over the dosa and cook both sides well in medium heat.Fold as your wish.
  8. Immediately transfer to the serving plate and eat hot with any kind of chutney or gun powder.
  9. Repeat the process with remaining batter.Enjoy hot and instant wheat dosas.

My Tip:

Dont add more water so that dosa wont absorb more oil and it wont stick to pan.
