Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 300 gram macaroni
  2. 300 gram chicken minced
  3. 150 gram mozzarella cheese
  4. 150 gram cheddar cheese
  5. 2 eggs beaten
  6. 1/2 cup flour
  7. 1 cup breadcrumbs
  8. 1 tsp mustard powder
  9. 1 tsp garlic powder
  10. 1 tsp paprika powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Iceberg
  13. Slice onion and tomato
  14. 1 tsp soya sauce
  15. 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  16. 1/4 cup Milk
  17. 4 cup water
  18. 3 tbsp butter
  19. 1 tsp herbs
  20. 1/4 cup milk
  21. 1 cup oil

Instructions

  1. 4 CUP WATER, 1 TSP SALT,
  2. 1 TBSP OIL
  3. 300 GRAM MACARONI
  4. BOIL IT 4 - 5 MINUTES
  5. DRAIN THE WATER AND KEEP ASIDE
  6. HEAT A PAN, ADD MACARONI
  7. 3 TBSP UNSALTED BUTTER, 1 TSP PAPRIKA POWDER
  8. 1 TSP MUSTARD POWDER, 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  9. 150 GRAM MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  10. 150 GRAM CHEDDAR CHEESE
  11. SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL
  12. 1/4 CUP MILK, TURN HEAT UP TO MEDIUM LOW AND STIR UNTIL CHEESE ARE MELTED
  13. REMOVE THE POT FROM HEAT AND POUR PASTA MIXTURE ON A TEAY, SPREAD EVENLY WITH A SPATULA
  14. COVER WITH CLING WRAP
  15. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES
  16. 300 GRAM MINCE CHICKEN, 4 TBSP BREAD CRUMBS
  17. 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER, 1 TSP GARLIC, PASTE
  18. SALT TO TASTE 1 TSP HERBS
  19. 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE, 1 TSP KETCHUP
  20. MIX WELL
  21. MAKE MEDIUM SIZE OF PATTIES
  22. HEAT OIL IN A PAN ON HIGH HEAT, SEAR PATTIES TO DESIRED FINESESS
  23. FLIPPING HALFWAY THROUGH
  24. REMOVE PATTIES ON ABSORBENT PAPER
  25. ONCE MACARONI COOLED, CUT OUT 4-6 BUNS
  26. LIKE THIS
  27. 2 EGGS, 1 PINCH SAT, BEAT WELL
  28. DIP EACH MACARONI BUN IN FLOUR
  29. THEN EGG
  30. AND FINELY BREAD CRUMBS COATING EVENLY
  31. HEAT OIL IN A KADAI,PLACE MACARONI BUN GENTLY
  32. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  33. REMOVE ALL MACARONI BUNS ON ABSORBENT PAPER
  34. TOP MACARONI BUN WITH ICEBERG, SLICE TOMATO, ONION
  35. PUT CHICKEN PATTIES
  36. SPREAD MAYONNAISE
  37. ICEBERG, AND FINELY MACARONI BUN
  38. MAC AND CHEESE BURGER READY TO SERVE
