Its a very different and unique preparation and very healthy as i have used many fresh vegetables while cooking

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Egg 4
  2. Cheese 1/2 cup
  3. 2 potatoes fine chopped
  4. Red bell paper 1 fine chopped
  5. Sweet corn 2 tablespoon
  6. butter 1 tablespoon
  7. Basil leaves chopped
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Onion chopper 1/4th cup
  10. Chilli flakes
  11. Tomato optional


  1. 1st of all heat a flat pan add butter and saute the all vegetables together onion,potato,bellpaper tomato and corn
  2. Now when see potatoes are cooked slightly than add a pinch of salt mix well
  3. Now beat the eggs in one bowl and top the vegetables with the egg and dont mix it.
  4. Let it set for 2-3 minutes on slow flame.
  5. Now add cheese on top of it and drizzle some milk.
  6. Now sprinkle the chilli flakes and basil leaves on it and cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.
  7. Just keep checking it should not be overcooked. Use a little deep pan so that it can be thick
  8. Now when cooked cut it in 4 pcs and serve hot as healthy powerpacked breakfast
