Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 potatoes sliced (not very thinly sliced)
  2. 6 eggs
  3. 1 big onion sliced
  4. Olive Oil to fry
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. Pizza topping to sprinkle


  1. Slice the potatoes in roundels
  2. Take non stick pan and add little oil and fry these potato slices.do not cook them.sprinkle salt and pepper.
  3. In the same oil put sliced onions and slightly brown them
  4. Remove oil and place the sliced potatoes back in the pan
  5. Add the onions
  6. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and pour on the onion and potato
  7. Cover and cook on 1 side
  8. Turn and cook on another side till golden brown on both the sides.sprinkle some fresh coriander
