Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bunch Bathua leaves
  2. 5-7 boiled potatoes
  3. 1 cup peas
  4. SaLt as per test
  5. 2-4 Green chillis
  6. 1 tsp Ginger garlic pest
  7. Green corriender
  8. Oil as require
  9. For tomato chatni
  10. 4 tomatoes
  11. 3&4 garlic cloves
  12. 1 tsp sugar
  13. Salt
  14. 1/2 tsp cummin seeds
  15. Water as require


  1. Firstly wash bathua 2-3 times
  2. Add washed leaves in boiling water and boil it proper
  3. stain it and drain the water
  4. Make fine pest by grind it in grinder, add some water if require
  5. In 2 cup of wheat flour add this bathua pest and Kneed a dough. Rest it for 5 min
  6. Apply some oil on ready dough and make a lemon size ball
  7. Mash boiled potatoes and Grind peas
  8. Now heat 2 tsp oil in a pan add cummin seeds, grided peas, saute it for 2 min, add ginger garlic pest
  9. Now add mashed potatoes in it and add require spices like chilli powder, salt ect, saute it for 5 min and your stuffing is ready. Make lemon size balls
  10. Roll the ball and fill with stuffing
  11. Cover it properly
  12. Roll again and make patantha
  13. Heat a pan and transfer this parantha on it. Cook it with oil
  14. Cook both side with oil. Now ready
  15. For tomato souce, in a pan heat a tsp ghee add cummin seeds, garlic add chopped tomatoes and green chillies
  16. Add salt and 1 tsp of sugar saute it and cook for 10 min. It's ready
  17. Serve bathua parantha with sweet tomatoes chatni
