Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sev-4cup
  2. Paneer cubes-2cups
  3. Raisin and cashew chopped-2tbspn
  4. Chopped onion-2pc
  5. Chopped tomato-1pc
  6. Chopped carrot-1pc
  7. Green peas-1cup
  8. Ginger-garlic paste-1tbspn
  9. green chilly-4
  10. Mint leaves-6to8
  11. Turmeric powder-1tbspn
  12. Black paper -1tspn
  13. Salt-as needed
  14. Sugar-1tspn
  15. Oil-3tbspn
  16. Butter -1tbspn

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan ,add butter in it. Fry the sev and dry fruits in medium flame untill it's become golden brown.keep it aside.
  2. Fry paneer cubes in butter in golden brown colour.
  3. Heat some oil in kadai. add chopped onion,green chilly in it add 1/2salt to cook the onion first.
  4. Now add chopped tomato,ginger-garlic paste,green peas and carrot . Mix the veggies properly and cover with lid.cook it in medium flame.
  5. After few minutes when the veggies become boiled add sugar,turmeric powder,black paper with veggies and mix them. You can add water as require.
  6. When the mixture become cooked add fried sev ,dry fruits and fried paneer .mix them evenly with veggimasala and cook for more 5 minutes.
  7. Now take another pan and heat little butter. Add mint leaves and green chilly in it .when the chilly flakes start to splutter ,pour it into sev pulao and cover the pulao with lid to stable the flavour of mint.
  8. Serve hot with raita or chutney.
