Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For outer cover
  2. 1.5 cup APF
  3. 2 spoon semolina
  4. 2 spoon rice flour
  5. 1/5 cup oil
  6. 2-3 spoon milk
  7. 1/2 cup water (or as Required)
  8. For suffering
  9. 3-4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  10. 1/2 cup peas
  11. 1/2 tsp dry Mango powder
  12. 3-4 green chillies
  13. 1 tsp ginger
  14. 2 spoon + require for fry oil
  15. 1/2 tsp cummin seeds
  16. 1 pinch asafotadi ( hing)
  17. 1 tsp garm masala
  18. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  19. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  20. SaLt as per test


  1. Add all ingredients of outer cover, mix well than kneed a hard dough using water. Rest it for 10-15 min
  2. In a pan heat 2 tsp oil add cummin seeds and Hing, add green chillies and ginger
  3. Now add potatoes, peas and require spices and salt. Mix well cook it for 5 min switch off the flame, add corriender
  4. From dough make a ball, roll it, cut it from middle and make half circle
  5. From one half circle make a cone, fill stuffing and past it with moisture.
  6. Heat oil and turn the flam slow now fry the ready samosas in medium to low flam for 15-20 min. Ready
  7. For green souce, add green corriender, mint, salt, green chillies, cummin seeds, garlic cloves and lemon juice mix and grind together. Ready
