This recipe is special for Diwali occasion because in this recipe we can is store Mini Samosa for 10 to 15 days.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. FOR DOUGH : All purpose flour - 2 cups
  2. Ghee - 1/2cup
  3. Salt according to taste
  4. FOR STUFFING - Boiled potatoes - 300 grams
  5. Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  6. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Chopped cashew nuts 2 tablespoon
  8. Chopped almond 2 tablespoon
  9. Chopped pistachio 2 tablespoon
  10. Raisin 2 tablespoon
  11. Amchur - 1 teaspoon
  12. Chopped Ginger and chilli - 1 tablespoon
  13. Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Ghee - for deep frying
  15. Salt according to taste
  16. Kitchen king Masala 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bis mixing bowl add all purpose flour ,ghee and salt make a soft dough using warm water and Set it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Take a an Heat ghee and add cumin seeds and chopped ginger and chilli and saute for a minute.
  3. Add chopped all dry fruits and saute for 1 minutes and add boiled mash potatoes, and all remaining spice Saute for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.and allowed to cool .
  4. Divide the dough into 20 parts and roll it in oval shape and cut into 2 parts. Join them to make samosa shape. And fill 2 teaspoon masala.
  5. fixed edges of samosa with some water.
  6. Take a pan Heat ghee on low flame and deep fry the samosas until they become golden color.
  7. Now mini samosa ready for serve
