Ingredients to make Mini Samosa

  • maida 2 cups
  • potato 2 big cut into small even pieces
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Green chutney 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Mini Samosa

  1. Cut the potatoes in small pieces after peeling the cover.fry in little oil.add the green chutney.
  2. Cook for 5-10 minutes till the potatoes are cooked properly.add all the spices and salt.
  3. Make dough of maida .prepare samosas by stuffing the prepared potatoes mix in it
  4. Make samosas with the help of the mould.
  5. Fry the samosas in hot oil .put in hot oil and then cook in sim gas.
  6. Samosas are ready .enjoy with chutney or sause.
